Back from the Thousand Islands! WOooo it was fun and I spent all day outside and I didn't go crazy on the food (but I let myself indulge a little- it's vacation anyway!) I am ready for a healthy dinner tonight and to get right back on track to be the BIGGEST LOSERRR!! :D It feels good to be home.

oh I am sure you can! It seems like an area with fresh food! I was at the mercy of a friend's family's food that they brought to the cottage and I tried not to be picky (I am already a vegetarian which is an inconvience) but they had a lot of vegetables for every meal and they only did lunch and dinner, but there was a 3rd meal of alcohol daily haha!
