Kalau lihat you tube nya Joanna Soh, kebutuhan protein kita per hari adl 1.5gr/kgBB sd 2.2 gr/kgBB. Jika sdh mulai latihan angkat beban, bisa ambil dikisaran angka 1.8-2.2 gr/kgBB/hari utk perbaikan sel2 otot.
