Not been recording calories that much. But I think I eat one meal less per day this week because I’m working and there is not much time to eat so I just have little fruit snacks. Been to gym several times but I keep it light, because at work I’m all day standing or walking. Drink water. And to be honest I feel good. I noticed that eating healthier meals makes me focused and aligned with myself. Not many mood swing which is great.
