So yesterday was a struggle - Messed up my fast (x2) finally took a "joker" day yesterday... essentially gave up. I'm fairly certain my RDI is up there too as I ended up with sushi and dinner later on. I had two wins - I drank my water and I didn't drink alcohol. I was at a social event with my drinking crew. It was beyond awful for me. I felt awkward and like I didn't fit in. I'm feeling kinda low today and that is annoying because I feel like generally I am doing really well. I am gonna hang in there today because I feel like maybe I can turn it around. I want to be positive and enlightened today - so bring on the good energies.
