Ugh. My scale sucks. I need more people on my side. My best friends wants to lose weight but she is becoming comfortable with her size and I refuse to let that happen. So, I am trying my best. But my scale sucks I know I shouldnt weigh in so often but it is a good feeling. And I know that if you do not keep track of your food intake you will not lose weight. But exercise counts for something, right?
