Very hard to get in all my carbs and calories yesterday, I am sure that is the reason for the 1.2lb gain. Hopefully today will be better. Only had 14 net carbs...1210 calories. Also did not get in as much water as I should have considering I was outside all day in the heat. Overall, not a good day for me. Today is another day!
