Wow, with the warmer weather I'm having an awful time eating all my planned food. Every day I plan out my basic meals but no matter how I slice it, I end up not eating all my food. For instance, taco salad. I'm good and hungry by 3 pm but when I sit down to eat I can only eat half. I tried eating earlier and eating some later but weather tends to affect my eating pattern. It always has. I'll figure it out...
Also, I made the mistake of eating cherries the other morning and it seriously raised my blood sugar. I was at 136 an hour and a half later. OUCH! I only had 12 lousy cherries for goodness sake! But then I remembered, I didn't eat any fatty proteins before I consumed them. Not good. Having some fatty proteins in my system such as; dark meat, eggs, heavy cream or a little cheese helps to slow the process down. Of course meat works best:)
This afternoon I felt good enough to make some just-for-fun incredimail stats. It's been awhile since I played with my psp. So far, I have met only one member here who uses incredimail. If there's anyone else, pleeeze let me know!
