Pepaya nya 250gram. Roti gandum nya saya bikin sendiri😁. Total kalori keseluruhan cuma 350 an termasuk teh susu nya. Kenyang banget sarapan ini.

Iya, super fruits selain buah naga. Biasanya klo lagi clean food mood kyak gini buah naga jadi buah sehari2, berhubung lagi mahal jadi ganti pepaya yg murah meriah🤣🤣🤣
