I was so worried about that salad yesterday (the dressing) but I ended up losing 1.9 pounds!!! I am now at 9lbs lost in 12 days. This is going great, hope it keeps going in the right direction!
101.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
