all sorts of stuff happened since my last weigh in Christmas Michael not consistent with my food or training... i will keep a log of when i train and what i eat.. i will try to cut back on my bad eating and eliminate gluten from my diet etc and more water.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week
