Difficult week. Had guests last weekend and despite being fairly carful, I gained 3llbs+ . Got rid of that now and back on track. Not doing Keto though, counting calories for a while now, a few things coming up over next two weekends, so when all that's out of the way, I will get back to Keto again.

Your weight is not much, you can lose excess weight, by balancing diet. The Keto Diet is great but I would recommend using it for big weights. Intermittent fasting. More effective than keto , try it.

I do intermittent fasting with Keto. I don't have much time to loose my excess weight, as from September I go to Spain for the winter, and I won't diet while i'm there. I find Keto suits me because if I cant have something, then that's the end of it, I just do not have it, and I can stay con the diet through the weekends. whereas counting cals, im tempted to eat a treat or two at the weekends, have wine and end up undoing all i've done through the week.
When i'm not on a diet, just eating normally, I have an extremely healthy very low fat high fibre regime, but my failing is too much wine!
