@fika @betha @rona aku cuma pake wortel aja 50gr, pisang 160gr( pisang ambon 2 buah) di bekuin sm greek yogurt kalo ga ada bisa ganti susu beruang trs di blend pale chopper hha @masmaman ga sampe 15 menit kok bikinnya mas hhe
