So haven't excercised since last Thursday. I have mastitis again. So have decided to dry up my milk this wknd. Then will be able to get more into a routine. Will be doing Jillian Micheals DVDs and yoga. Have been watching what I eat, but with no excercise, I haven't dropped any pounds in last few days.

I have been in a slump this week too. No exercise and ate cake two days in a row.....really good cake....like a whole days worth of calories in a slice kinda cake....and it was good...and i don't even like cake! I will get back on track, not the end of the world right? Breastfeeding is not easy! Do what works for you and makes you happy because that will make you AND your baby happy!!!!
