Did an 18 hour fast yesterday and I think I recovered from the salt of several restaurant meals over the holiday weekend. I did not workout as i was feeling really tired. My body actually misses working out, so I will make sure to get that in today.
97.0 kg Lost so far: 16.0 kg.    Still to go: 33.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
