Thanks Fat Secret for the reminder s great app but I can't record my weight if it hasn't changed! aggggh, you don't need to remind me that if I eat fewer calories a week I will loose a LLB! I'm only eating just over 1000 a day and under 20g carbs too. Guess I'm just stuck again. aggggh!
