I crashed my bike about 9 weeks ago, so haven't been on since. I had to have a minor procedure on my knee to correct damage from the crash. I haven't trained since but due to start Monday as I got the go ahead today. Baby steps. I weighed myself this morning and i am 248lbs, not surprised thought it could have been worse. Back to the grind.
