I’m back on fat secret!! I did weight watchers for a few months and lost 6 pounds and I was very happy with that but the program stopped working for me forever I had a reason is it’s difficult to get to meetings and it’s very expensive I ended up gaining the weight back plus more which I’m very sad about but I need to get serious about this again part of it was an injury to my knee which caused me to be very in active for a while I’m not blaming weight watchers it’s a good program except they do hock their products pretty heavily
