OK I'm totally disappointed in myself. I couldn't find the motivation to exercise last week and so I put back on 4 lbs! I work as a CNA this weekend so I'll get plenty of exercise but I can't believe I allowed myself to slip back to my old habits. I'll have to try again though I can't give up now.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've been there, done that too believe me, it's very hard to stay away from chips and chocolate. It feels like going to boot camp! But once you see the results you feel like you're on cloud nine. There is no better feeling. You will get there. They say that it takes 21 days to learn a habit. See it as a habit, the habit of eating healthy. Keep going you're doing well.
