Went to Braum’s after working ice cream into my daily calories. Once again they were out of the one kind that I like. I think FS pays them to not have it lol. Now I gotta find like 500 kcal to eat. I’m super hungry as we ate dinner at 6 rather than 9-10 like the last several days. Thankfully I got in most of my protein today through a protein bar, double meat at subway and 1.5 hamburger patties. Can have pretty much anything I want 😁. Off to go search for combos under 500 kcal!
