Dang it all, I did so good all week and then once the weekend hits I feel like it is my 'reward' to cheat. I went over my RDI today, dang the Great American Cookie Factory. Well really where I went wrong is I did not log my snack before I ate supper, otherwise I could have managed it. Lesson learned :). I don't understand why I almost sabotage myself by rewarding myself with cheating. I am determined to stick to it tomorrow. The weekdays are sooo much easier for me!
