this weekend was horrible. i felt so bad, because I know how hard i've been working on keeping my carbs under control. ;( now, i feel as if I'm back where i started. =/
i didn't enter any foods for the past 3-4 days. it hasn't been a healthy carb eating 4 days either; i know my carb limit reached it's peak and continued to soar higher with each meal.
got back on track somewhat today. i have gained 2 pounds and will work to lose those 2 pounds, plus the other 38 that I want to lose. this will be hard, but i will succeed.
