Well, I think I'm going to try the fat fast. I hate that it's come down to this, but what other options do I have. This plateau has been since august and I'm losing faith in this diet. I love Atkins and how it makes me feel, but I also want results. If anyone has done the fat fast and has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

I've done it twice....The first time it got me over my plateau. The second time (two weeks ago) I dropped a couple lbs for 2 days and was right back up to regular weight. Plateaus can be sooooo frustrating! Best wishes.
