Just did the Jillian Micheals 40 min burn fat/boost metabolism. Wow it was good! Hard but feel good right now. And also signed up for this website called yogaglo. $18 a month and pick your classes everyday, tons to choose from. Choose styles, teachers how long etc... Going to try a 30 min class tonight. Oh and they have meditation classes too
