My weekly weigh in is the same as last Monday. Last Monday night I had an issue with snacking. It ended with potato chips which made me feel so gross. I've been doing low carb. I don't know the last time I had a chip. I'm not sure how much I gained, but it appears it took all week to undo. I hate how easy I gain, then how hard to gain. I'm watching my snacking...it's a known issue for me. Rest of the week for okay. Continue on.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
