I am the same I usually show a good loss on Thursday and Friday then gain over the weekends but I try to only record once per week on Monday morning to try to make me more determined not to slip at the weekend and also give me a true idea if I am on the whole losing weight. I think everyone fluctuates daily.

You are right Dave, I need to stop weighing daily but can't stop myself - I am going to try from tomorrow as I've already weighed in today!

im the same, daily weigh in when i know i shouldn't. Dave's right, once a week gives a real guide to how well we are doing.
Weekends or days off are not easy, too much food temptation. I think we need to allow ourselves 1 or 2 days of food freedom as long as we get back onto it the rest of the week.

Dont get me wrong Maxine, I sometimes weigh in every day of the week just to keep a good guide on things for myself but only record and take my Monday mornings weigh in as the important one. I go up and down all the time every week. Any yes you do still need to have a few treats just maybe one or two per week Flopsy.

I changed my weight in day to friday mornings and I find it much better
