Low carb works for me - IF I stick with it. Recording my daily food and drink intake is a scary thing but I can't hide from myself.
Using a challenge here during the last week, I have discovered that keeping nett carbs under 30g daily is much more sustainable than under 20g. Thank you to Debbie Cousins for the challenge. Sadly, the challenge timing is set for central USA (I think) whereas I am in Australia and 13 hours ahead. This plays havoc with my daily weight records so I won't be recording daily challenge results here any more. Weekly results work well for me.
