cuma mau tanya.. sya deficit kalori selain utk turunkan berat bdn dan lemak, tp karena saya trkena sakit asam lambung yg membuat sy tidak bsa makan besar 3x, langsung mual..saya cma takut kekurangan nutrisi ada bsa share menu yg pas utk saya

makanna sy ganti kyk 6x kyk pagi oatmeal trs jam 9 snack 2 atau 3 biji siang nasi sayur ama daging2, trs sore snack malem makanan protein yg lebih ke rebusan..asam lambung udh ga kumat tp saya msh takut mal nutrisi aja
