Bonjour..
Right now I am watching the sun rise through what is soon to be rain clouds. It's is alittle reminder that there is beauty in this world if you simply look for it.
It's one of those days that I am going to work on keeping my emotions in check the best that I can.

So yesterdays news... Went to my mom's and hung out with her for abit. Then came home and hung out with my neighbour. Ended the evening with the bf and of course my other boy. Eating went well again and I am way below my RDI.. Food right now does not interest me. Just one of those things!! I also started another book too, this one is called "beyond the tears" by Lynn C Tolson. It's a survivor' story of how she found happiness. It's based on her personal experiences and how through professional help was able to overcome her demons of the past. So far it is very good.

Well that's it for today.
