Welp, I am going to start taking a walk during the work day. I also haven’t worked out in a few weeks beyond walking my dog, so I guess it is time to get physical.
98.5 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 35.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
