어제 유산소에 스트레칭까지 한시간넘게했는데, 0.1kg빠졌네....😤 갑자기근력운동해서 몸이부운건지, 내가어제많이먹어서그런건지...흠... 오늘 식단 조심하기!! 화이팅!

운동할때는무게잘안빠지는듯해요.차라리운동쉴때무게쉽게빠져요...수분,근육일지몰라도ㅠ 체중계보단눈바디로 몸을체크하는게더나은듯싶어여👍
