I've decided to remove the calories from vegetables and fruits as well as eggs as Weight Watchers doesn't count them. There are some other items WW doesn't want us to count as they prefer to give a higher count of calories for let's say ice cream or meat sauce etc.

So, today instead of 1574calories, I've removed 234 (for bananas and green beans).

Just because you removed the calories doesn't mean they still don't exist... don't fool yourself into believing you are eating less by pretending what you eat doesn't count. It all counts and when you are honest with yourself you be able to account why you either gain or lose weight. You can't fool science. Count it all, the good, the bad and the ugly... we all have those days. Be true to yourself, you can do it.

Yeah...I don’t get how that works. I think you can get away with not counting non-starchy vegetables but starchy vegetables and fruit and egg calories definitely count. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Weight Watchers are clear about one thing: if they want us to eat fruit and vegetables, they suggest not counting their calories. By the way, I lost 20 pounds with W.W. I am more discouraged when I count everything. But, well I only still have about 3 to 5 pounds to lose. Then, I'll be "maintaining my weight. I was never a strict dieter. I still thank you for your comments and appreciate them.
