I'm still not hitting the 330 mark. The blue line on the graph just taunts me. The blue 270-lb line taunts me even more. The 20 stone mark, just above it seems like a goal that's just too far to reach. Yet I'm sure that I can get to it if I just try.
I've got such a long way to go, but breaking it up into little steps is the only way. Each stage is another part of the journey past.
