I just have no motivation or energy today. I have not lost any lbs. I know inches are what counts, but I haven't lost them either! I just want to get into the 140's so bad. I need some motivation, I want to go take my walk but it's over 100 outside and I have to wait until the sun goes down. Sorry for any one who read this. I just feel blah and whinny today!
