I'm having the same issue being in the mid 280s since the beginning of March! Body fat has been dropping though and maybe I should start taking measurements like you. Congrats and keep it up!

Thanks!!!! @kendawg , yes you should definitely take measurements, it's what kept me on track once the scale stopped moving. I knew what I was doing was still working (because of the measurements getting smaller).

@kennyn, I have been doing the body fat percentage calculation that kept me going so I could see how many lbs of fat I was losing. The adage "muscle weighs more than fat" just wasn't enough to keep me satisfied with my results. You gotta see something and for me it was the calculation and the clothes falling off. Even though I have only lost 42 lbs since Jan 7 I've lost over 47 lbs of fat according to the bf%. I'm going to do measurements this weekend using your pic as a template. Thanks again for this! 💪😎👍
