Well went for a run this morning.........the weather is perfect! I went 4.2 miles, going to try to get past that 3.5 mile marker that I have been staying comfy at! I need to work past those 3.5 miles if I want to improve my 5K! I do go 4 miles on my treadmill every once in a while, but it felt good to go outstide and get that fresh air! This weekend is my husbands 15th class reunion, so I was really hoping to be at at least 155 by now, but I guess I will have to settle for 158.8 ahahaah! I am really going to try to watch what I eat this week, not to try to loose those extra pounds, but so I feel good about myself! Then hopefully I will continue everyday after that! I ordered these new workouts called Turbo Jam.......I have tried one that my sister has and it was fun! I hope they will give me a kick!
