Hi! I've been clear about the fact that I'm not rushing to reach my next goal. I'm already really happy that I finally lost 20 pounds. I'm not hastening or promising myself unattainable goals.

One great friend of mine recently asked me my secret. I told her I mostly never weigh my food. I just look at approximately what is a 3 or 4 ounces of meat or a cup or half cup of potatoes etc.

I followed Weight Watchers for the last year and have always done my thing. While accepting suggestions and advices from them of course.

I will now continue with my own agenda.

It has been great for me.
