Yesterday went a bit over the limit. Blame hormones and staying up later than normal watching a movie. I always get hungry when i stay up late. Made an unwise choice and had chips, BUT, i did stick to 1 portion so i feel good about that.
Wanted to do a workout but a friend called. :(
Kind of disappointing to run out of time like that. Will have to do it this morning. The goal is 3 times/week.
