@hidaya: knp tkut? Serem sama cwo2 berotot apa bingung mesti ngapain disana?
- Kalo yg #1, coba cari gym lain yg bukan "gym macho" (yg membernya umumnya cwo2 body builder dg otot kayak ade rai). Banyak kok skrg gym2 yg membernya beragam, n byk jg yg cwe, contohnya aku hehe...
- Kalo #2, ini modal google + ga malu nanya aja kok. Banyak YouTube & app2 workout yg ngasi contoh gerakan, pake alat di gym atopun gerakan simple dirumah. Malu bertanya sesat di jalan. Tanya aja sama PT disana, ato member senior. Mrka biasanya dg snang hati mau sharing kok.
- Mo tetep coba dirumah? Bisa. Modalnya cuma lantai doang :)
