Joined this today. Feel mentally and physically terrible and i miss exercising and not feeling fat and puffy and bloated all the time. Went and worked out Monday night then started making better choices the following day. Was thinking of joining weightwatchers but don't really like the new program or the cost. Worked out again tonite. Not snacking or drinking wine and beer. May have a glass of red on the weekend to reward good behavious. On track...so far. I look forward to charting my progress!
