home from a week of vacation...did nothing, a lot. needed the rest, but i know that even the smaller portions did me in. will weigh in in the morning and get on the treadmill, hit the gym, and get the squeeze out of my pants and jeans.
i know i can use discipline and make my goals. i know how to eat for health and not for coping. i will reach my goal and maintain. no more excuses.
