Surprise, surprise! I got on the scale this morning and I had lost 2 lbs! Now I have already passed what I wanted to lose for tomorrow's weigh in. I just gotta be good today to keep it off.
I get to work from home today, which I am loving, but need to stay away from temptations. The weigh in really motivated me to stay on track. I wasn't expecting that but I will take it! I think all the water I drank yesterday helped a lot.
I don't know why but I feel like a cloud has lifted off of me since the holidays are over. My stress levels are down even though nothing really has changed in my life situation. I am weird sometimes.
