ini sudah biasa kl bb awal memang obesitas sdh umum jg jika awal diet yg turun didominasi brt air,, nnti kl tubuh sdh adaptasi dg pola diet yg dijalani pelan2 akan melambat,apalagi jk mkn dibawah bmr makin lmbt metabolie dan jangka panjang ny bhya untuk tubuh
