It's sea bream, or dorada we call it in Tenerife. My favourite. I was trying to recreate the grilled fish they do on the streets in Thailand, but they use whole tilapia there

Thanks, it's easier Han it looks as long as you have a really fresh fish and a spiralizer! Fish is Thai style, just stuffed with lemongrass, coriander and a squeeze if lime, then make a think coat of rock salt with a little water into a paste and plaster it to the skin. This forms a crust to keep the fish most inside but crisp it outside. Grilled over a BBQ on a low get for about 45 minutes if it's a big fish. Dipping sauce is lime juice, fish sauce, very finely chopped garlic and chilli, sugar and a little water, it's amazing with the fish! Spiralizer salad is cucumber, zucchini, carrot shredded with radish tomatoes and pepper, red onion chopped and added and a dressing of lime juice, rice vinegar fish sauce, sugar (or sweetener in my case) chopped corriander and mint. Ooh and some grilled spring onions on the side!

And noodles with peanuts if you like them! I'm not a nut fan myself 😄
