Weight gain again! It's annoying that I know what the problem is (many nuts and nut butters and bars that I have been eating lately) but I don't want to do anything about it! For the rest I eat as usual. I just don't want to track, because I did not track when I lost 10-ish pounds during the last 8 months.
I know my waist may have gotten larger or remained the same because I feel that I either fit my pants perfectly or fit them tighter.
It's still going to be a good day because it's sunny and it's the weekend!

I feel your pain. I lost 50lbs, was 1 short of my goal, then gained 20 back. It is a slow and bumpy crawl back, with far too many reversals.

Hi, I just read an article study that said (claimed) that the body will always fight weightloss and want to return to its "normal" and that is why it is so hard to keep off weight. I hope you can find a way to deal with it since I will come for you for advice when I get there. :)
