This week I have taken a break
Trying to keep healthy lifestyle without the stress of counting and watching everything
This way when I get to a healthy weight I can maintain better
I will weight in again beginning of week and see how I do
Even if I maintain I will be happy 😊
89.1 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 89.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
