Starting fresh with the new year!! :) I just had my third child, beautiful little baby Evelyn. While breastfeeding, I want to take advantage of the extra calorie burn and really make a lifestyle change and improve my eating habits so that I can live healthy for the rest of my life. I had a c section, so my exercise will be limited for the next month. I am going to start slowly walking and build it up. Then when I get the go ahead from my doc I will start doing yoga and strength training again. Excited to to be successful! :)
