So far so good I'm still 195! It's early morning 5AM and I'm trying to muster the motivation to exercise! More later.
Today is my cheat day and I'm going out for Chinese which I love expecially Crab legs I can't really add everything to my log because I can't find everything I know buffets are not the smartest choice for WW but I'm going as a treat anyway and I figure it's ok every once and a while just not alot.
