Today I am starting two challenges, they will work together. I am still learning about my fat secret website and do not know how to write on my challenge wall yet. The two challenges are 30 Raw foods and a commitment to nothing.

Hi jane! You definitely need more calories to get threw your morning! I do 1000 calories each meal period and I'm still droping like crazy. Your body needs to know it will have enough to do function! Don't be afraid to eat raw food pig out on bananas! Check out the website 30 bananas a day Or look for freelee videos on youtube
