Well I have been going over on carbs but I have been getting a lot of exercise. I have increased just walking and added at least 1 hr of Archery practice. I worked on cleaning my house for most of the entire day and it is starting to look really good (FINALLY) It has been such a disaster last mo9nth or so. It feels good to have a clean house! 2 load of laundry left to do in the moring and off to the river for fireworks! EVERYON HAVE A GREAT 4TH OF JULY!
