It is weird I add up everything I did today and it doesn't feel like I sat that long. Where did that 12 hours go? I know I am gonna be feeling the workouts tomorrow because I pushed myself to use weights, but tomorrow I won't be doing that much. My body is already a little sore. Still, I look forward to challenging myself again because it should be a little easier every time. I am especially proud of the fact that when I got on my elliptical today that I jogged or ran which ever you want to call it for 5 minutes twice. I will be doing the elliptical tomorrow but definately not any weight lifting. I will sleep well tonight.
